Cumin Jalapeño Sauerkraut

Cumin Jalapeño Sauerkraut is a delicious concoction inspired by a Salvadoran recipe. The jalapeños are actually pretty mild, the onions are sweet and big carrot coins are a treat. It goes great with pupusas or tacos, eggs or sandwiches, or on anything really. This is our newest year round flavor!!!  

Ingredients: yellow onions*, green cabbage*, fresh oregano*, carrots*, jalapeño*, sea salt, Jacobsen Sea Salt
