Curry Sauerkraut is unique and delicious with a turmeric, cumin, coriander based curry flavor. Turmeric is liver-protective, a fantastic anti-inflammatory, and is the most amazing orange-yellow color. This kraut is great with cooked vegetables, potatoes, avocados, and even on buttered toast.  This flavor won a Good Food Award in 2014!
